Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the guide, submit a refund request within 7 days of purchase. You can review and download the material during this period; doing so does not remove this satisfaction guarantee.

If Hotmart displays a longer guarantee period for your order, that longer period applies.

1. Find your Hotmart purchase confirmation and transaction details.
2. Use the refund options provided by Hotmart for your purchase. If you need help locating them, visit the Hotmart Help Center and search for “request a refund.”
3. Alternatively, contact the seller using the contact details provided in your purchase confirmation or purchase account. Include your purchase email address, order reference and a clear request for a refund.

Submit your request before the guarantee period ends and keep a copy of the confirmation. Never send your full card number, card security code or account password to support.

Hotmart processes refunds according to the payment method and its procedures. The time for a refund to appear depends on Hotmart, your bank and your payment provider; it may not be immediate.

After a refund, your license to use the guide ends and access may be removed. Please delete downloaded copies and do not continue distributing or using the refunded material.

If you cannot access the guide, contact the seller or Hotmart support with your order details so the problem can be addressed. You may still request a refund within the guarantee period.

The 7-day satisfaction guarantee is in addition to your rights under applicable consumer law. It does not limit any mandatory rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital products, or any longer refund or cancellation period required by law.
